The fact is that people are not as aware of their actions as they should be. When we stop and think about how to achieve the things that we want to accomplish, we may feel as if we are in a fog. We may even stop ourselves from taking action altogether. This is one of the reasons why self-awareness is such a big deal.

The fact is that we are not aware of our actions at all. We have the illusion that we are doing everything right, when in reality, we are in a fog. We are not aware of what we are doing, we are not conscious of our actions. This is why we need to remember that our actions are not always as we want them to be, and we need to become aware of how we are doing things.

If we want to take any kind of action, it helps to take a step back, and see what we are doing. If we are doing something we don’t want to do, then we will try not to do it. If we are doing something we know we shouldn’t be doing, then we will figure out why we were doing it and change our behavior.
