The 15-item self-aware stress scale that I’ve used in my life in the past to measure how much stress I have felt and how much I have been struggling with.

I decided to tackle the question of “what is stress” for me because I wanted to make a better video game. So I was pretty stressed out about school and had a lot of stress eating and taking out of things that I didn’t need to.

If you’re a parent, you’re probably the one with the biggest worries. You’re probably already stressed and stressed out from the last few years of school. If you’re not, you should be. It’s not an easy task, but you can’t help it. You can’t help it. It’s a part of life.
