I had a very strange reaction to this news. I have never, even once, been hired by a trucking company that had a failed drug test.
It’s true that I’m only now hearing about it. And maybe that’s not great news for trucking companies who want to be sure that their drivers are well-educated, drug-free, and have excellent driving records. But for now it’s not. I’m not sure if companies are taking any action at all. I think they’re still in shock and in denial.
The point of this article is not that trucking companies hire after failed drug test. It’s that the trucking companies get their money from the public and that the public and the trucking companies get their money from a private firm that has no idea who it is that hires them. That’s not to say that people who hire trucking companies are not happy about their jobs. But it has happened to me. So I thought I’d share some thoughts on the matter.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve spent a lot of my life searching for a job that will pay me what I deserve. I used to run a trucking company in the 80s to make a lot of money, but I couldn’t find a decent paying job for a few years.
This is a common problem with people who have run successful businesses in the past. After years (and years) of working very hard, you find out that the work isn’t as it was thought it would be. You have to make the necessary sacrifices, and if you dont, you are out on the street. I’ve done this myself too. I had a great job with an amazing boss who I respected.
What I have to say about this is that there are a lot of drug tests that are set up in a way that make it very difficult to win. It is very difficult to find out about the past of an employee if you dont have access to the person’s personal records. I have had a few instances of trucking companies that hire people who have had past drug test positive tests, but after they have been hired, they have been moved to another location and then fired.
In the case of the trucking companies who hire after failed drug test, they are making it very difficult for the employees to prove they were not high when they were hired. I’ve had many employees say that they were offered a job and they were hired, but they did not have a positive drug test. I am a very strong believer in the importance of drug testing to keep the workforce safe and healthy.
Ive also had many trucking company employees who were very happy to be given the job, but when they were hired, they were never told they had to be drug tested. Instead, they were told that the job was drug tested, then they were given a clean bill of health, and then when they were hired, they were sent to a location that was drug tested.
Trucking companies that hire after failed drug tests are bad because they cause the safety and health of the workers to be compromised. In fact, this is exactly why we pay truck drivers to test for drugs. When a driver is getting a job, he or she is very unlikely to have a problem with drugs, yet we use this job to test the driver.
This is essentially what we’ve been doing forever. You are very likely to be drug tested while driving, so this is why we pay truck drivers to test for drugs. If a driver is getting a job, we’re not going to ask them to take drugs, so we don’t ask them to take the drug test. If a driver is a drug courier, we’re not going to ask them to take drugs, so we don’t ask them to take the drug test.
