This wedding cake is one of the most romantic cakes I have ever created. It was a long process to create this one because I needed to get all of the flavors into the cake, including the blue flower, which I only got out of a block. The cake was the biggest hit at our wedding, and I love that there is a lot of room for creativity in food.
