So I went to court for my drug test. The judge said that I would have to take a drug test and that my refusal should be considered in determining the results. I am not sure what the implications of that are, so I went ahead and did it. Two days later, I was pulled over for speeding and arrested. Turns out that I hadn’t even been speeding.
This is a great way to get a drug test done. Because it’ll be easier to get a drug test done than it is to get a test done. It’s the same logic as the more difficult tests of alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, and LSD.
That’s true. Most drug tests are just another hassle, and you get to get a drug test that most will pay you extra, but if you refuse to take one, it could cost you time in court. If you’ve been arrested in the past, you may not like the idea of showing up for court to have your charges dropped, but if you’ve never been arrested before then you may be less hesitant about it.
In an effort to be helpful, I am aware of the fact that there are many people who are not drug users. I am also aware that if you refuse to take a drug test, you will most likely have your test results thrown out. It means you could end up in jail. The problem is that many courts in the US don’t allow you to show up to have your charges dropped if you refuse to take a test.
In other words, if you fail to take a drug test, you will be charged with the crime of failing to take a drug test. You can’t have a drug test without seeing your name on the list. You can’t have it without having your name on the list. All you can do is sit there and watch the prosecution case take you to jail. That’s life.
That is, until you do something stupid like refuse a drug test and end up in jail. In that case, all the drugs in the world aren’t going to cure you of the criminal charge you’re facing. A drug test is one of the only tools you have to fight the charges. Even if you pass it, it’s still a good idea to get a lawyer to fight the charges.
If you do one drug test you can be charged with a drug offense. If you fail it, that means you have to take a drug test again. If you refuse the second drug test you will be charged with the first offense. If you refuse the third drug test you will face the first offense, and so on.
The only thing you really need is a lawyer.
